Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This policy explains what information Advanced Practice Partners collects through this website, why we collect it, how it is stored, and how you can ask about it or ask us to delete it. It covers three places on this site where you can give us information: the provider application form, the provider portal, and the client inquiry form.
Information we collect
Provider applications
When you submit the application form on the providers page, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, credential type (nurse practitioner or physician assistant), the state or states where you hold an active licence, your specialty, any message you add, and, if you choose to attach one, your CV or resume file.
Provider portal accounts
If you create a provider portal account, we collect the email address and password you use to sign in. Once signed in, the profile section stores your full name, credential type, phone number, and licensure states. The documents section stores the credentialing files you upload — state licence, DEA registration, board certification, CV or resume, BLS/ACLS certification, references, and malpractice certificate of insurance, as applicable to you.
Client inquiries
When an organization submits the inquiry form on this site, we collect the organization name, contact name, email address, phone number, role type, specialty, timeline, expected headcount, and any notes provided.
Cookies and analytics
The provider portal sets a session cookie so Supabase, our authentication provider, can recognize you as signed in. That cookie is always set, because the portal cannot sign you in without it.
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure traffic and page performance in aggregate. These are cookieless, do not identify individual visitors, and run for everyone.
We also use two analytics tools that do set cookies, and these run only if you accept them when we ask:
- Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited and how people arrive at the site. It sets cookies named
_gaand_ga_WSWZHLQ1P5in your browser, which distinguish one visitor from another so a return visit is not counted twice. - Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling — so we can see where a page is confusing. It sets cookies named
_clckand_clsk. We do not run Clarity anywhere in the provider portal, so your profile and your credentialing documents are never part of a recording.
If you decline, neither tool is loaded at all — no script is fetched and no cookie is set. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not work with third-party ad networks, and we do not sell personal information.
How we use this information
- To evaluate provider applications and, when there is a fit, to introduce a provider to a specific client organization for a specific opportunity.
- To operate the provider portal — signing you in, showing your profile, and tracking the status of your credentialing documents.
- To respond to client inquiries about staffing needs and to match those needs with available providers.
- To communicate with you about your application, your account, or your inquiry.
How it is stored
Application records, portal profiles, and inquiry records are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, our database and authentication processor. Resumes and credentialing documents are stored as files in private Supabase storage buckets — they are not publicly accessible, and access requires either your signed-in session or an internal review process. Documents in the provider portal are downloaded through signed links that expire 60 seconds after they are generated, so a link cannot be reused or shared afterward.
Retention
We keep application, profile, and inquiry records for as long as we reasonably need them to consider you for placement, operate your portal account, or follow up on a client inquiry. If you ask us to delete your information, or if you close your portal account, we will remove or de-identify the records associated with you, except where we need to keep something for a legitimate business or legal reason. We have not set a fixed number of days for every record type — where a shorter, specific retention period is appropriate for a given category of data, we will state it here.
Who we share it with
We share information only in the following ways:
- Supabase, as the processor that hosts our database, authentication, and file storage. Supabase does not use your information for its own purposes.
- Recruiters acting on behalf of Advanced Practice Partners, who review applications and inquiries as part of their work for us.
- Google and Microsoft, as the providers of the analytics tools described above, and only if you accepted them. They receive website usage data — pages viewed and, for Clarity, on-page interaction — not your application, profile, or documents.
- Client healthcare organizations, but only when we present a specific provider for a specific opportunity — the core purpose of a staffing agency. We do not send a provider's CV or profile to a client without the provider's say, consistent with the consent given on the application form.
We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@appartners.health. We will confirm your identity before acting on the request and will let you know once it is complete.
You can change your mind about analytics at any time. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the stored choice, and we will ask again on your next visit.
Depending on where you live, state privacy law may give you additional rights over your information — for example, the right to know, correct, or delete it, or to opt out of certain uses. We have not determined which specific state laws apply to you; write to the email address above and we will address your request under whichever rights apply.
Children
This site is directed at healthcare professionals and organizations, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
