Terms of use
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These terms apply to anyone who uses this website, submits the provider application form, submits the client inquiry form, or creates and uses a provider portal account. By using the site, you agree to them.
Who this site is for
This site is for healthcare professionals exploring staffing opportunities and for healthcare organizations exploring staffing services with Advanced Practice Partners. It is not intended for use by anyone under 18.
Provider applications
When you submit the application form, you confirm that the information you provide — including your name, contact details, credential type, licensure states, and any resume you attach — is accurate and belongs to you. Submitting an application does not create an employment or engagement relationship and does not guarantee any placement. We may contact you to verify anything you submit.
Provider portal accounts
If you create a portal account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything done through your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. The credentialing documents you upload should be your own, current, and accurate. We may review, and change the status of, any document you upload as part of our credentialing process.
Client inquiries
Submitting the inquiry form is a request for us to follow up about staffing your organization. It does not, on its own, create any contract between your organization and Advanced Practice Partners. Any placement is subject to a separate agreement between us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit information you know to be false or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
- Attempt to access another provider's portal account or documents.
- Use the site to send unsolicited advertising, malware, or automated submissions.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the site or attempt to bypass its security.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and branding on this site belong to Advanced Practice Partners unless otherwise noted. You may view and print pages for your own personal or business use in evaluating our services; you may not copy, republish, or use them for any other purpose without our permission.
No guarantee of outcome
This site describes our staffing services in general terms. Nothing on it is a guarantee of a specific placement, a specific candidate, or a specific timeline. Actual terms of any placement or engagement are set out in a separate agreement.
Disclaimer
This site and the information on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Practice Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, the application form, the inquiry form, or the provider portal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by generally applicable United States law and the law of the state that applies to Advanced Practice Partners' business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We have not published the specific state of that governing law here; contact us if you need that detail confirmed for a particular purpose.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
